Born and raised in the Isle of Man, at 21 Heather took the leap from one beautiful island to another and Grand Cayman has been home ever since.
With extensive experience in leadership roles and qualifications in Coaching, Accounting, Banking, Law, Offshore Finance, Project Management and Process Improvement, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to every project. Her resumé includes more than 25 years in the offshore finance industry including qualifications and roles in all aspects of Human Resources and Recruitment, Leadership Coaching and Training, Operations, Project Management, Technology, Law, Marketing, Banking, Insurance, Property Management, Compliance, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity and Finance.
Heather’s management, leadership and interpersonal skills result in motivated, high performing and engaged teams. She has successfully worked to identify and rectify people, product and process challenges on teams and her agility in fast-paced and changing environments allows her to effectively serve as an executive consultant on a variety of projects at any one time.
Heather has a dependable, results-oriented, ‘can-do’ attitude and holds a reputation of excellence in identifying operational needs, outstanding service, and developing and implementing problem-solving solutions. In a nutshell, she ‘gets it done.’ Heather is a CoachU Graduate and holds the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation, and is a member of SHRM, CIPD & CISHRP.
Outside of work, you will find Heather enjoying life in the Caribbean with her husband and teenage children, travelling, or behind the camera doing some amateur photography or videography.
